• 110'x240' (26,400 Sq. Ft.). Includes bleacher seating for show ring, restrooms, and wash rack.
• Heated. 
• $500/day rental fee plus $250 deposit.
• $1,000 rental fee for two-day wedding reservations with $500 deposit.

Northwest Bank Building (Cattle Barn/Covered Arena)

• 100'x160' outside. 85'x150' riding area.
• Open Sides with enclosed ends. 
• $150/day rental fee. 

4H Building

• $150/day rental fee plus $150 deposit.

Cook Shack (dining room only)

• $75/day rental fee plus $75 deposit.

Commercial Building

• ​$75/day rental fee plus $75 deposit.

4-H/FFA Arena rental

Open Area (no building/arena)

• $100/day plus $50 deposit up to 20,000 sq. ft.

Rodeo or 4H Arena

• $150/day rental fee

Horse Stalls

If event is for the Union County Saddle Club

• $50/day rental fee for either arena

If event is for any of the Union County FFA/4H Clubs

Wedding registrations require a two-day rental agreement with a $500 deposit.
